This people-first culture fosters a welcoming environment, valuing diversity and encouraging individuals to thrive both personally and professionally while contributing to the brand's legacy of luxury with heart.

The Bar Crew Member role at Four Seasons is a pivotal position designed to elevate the beverage experience during private celebrations, resort gatherings, and special events. This role suits energetic and personable individuals who excel in fast-paced settings and wish to represent the refined service standard that defines Four Seasons. Bar Crew Members are responsible for delivering sophisticated and seamless bar service that aligns with the company’s gold standard. This role entails preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with efficiency and accuracy while adhering to all applicable legal regulations concerning alcohol service. Bar Crew Members must maintain extensive knowledge of bar offerings, including ingredient details, preparation techniques, and ideal flavor pairings to craft exceptional beverage menus tailored to specific events. Beyond drink preparation, responsibilities include setting up and breaking down bar stations, ensuring all mixers, garnishes, and tools are adequately stocked for seamless event execution. Working closely with banquet captains, event managers, and service teams, Bar Crew Members contribute to a collaborative atmosphere aimed at delivering flawless guest experiences.

Thorough attention to sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol handling guidelines is essential, along with maintaining a clean and organized bar environment throughout the shift. Flexibility is crucial since the position requires working varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the role demands physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to carry items up to 50 pounds. Prior experience within exclusive resorts, upscale hotels, or event settings is highly advantageous, equipping candidates to meet the dynamic needs of Four Seasons' distinguished clientele.

Overall, the Bar Crew Member position offers a unique opportunity to join a global leader in hospitality where service excellence is celebrated, and employee growth is encouraged. Candidates joining Four Seasons not only gain valuable hands-on experience in luxury beverage service but also become part of a team that highly values authenticity, respect, and connection, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

Employment is offered on an hourly basis with a competitive rate commensurate with experience, supplemented by tips and service charges accrued during banquet events. Four Seasons supports its team with benefits such as discounted housing, employee travel privileges, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid leave, resort discounts, complimentary meals, dry cleaning services, and ski pass discounts.
