As a Bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the heart of the social atmosphere, responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that complement the food and entertainment offered. Job Requirements
- minimum of 21 years of age
- certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and BWW policy
- able to stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
- able to lift and carry items up to 25-40 lbs
- comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment

- bartending or restaurant experience is a plus but we’ll train the right person

- minimum of 21 years of age
- prior bartending experience preferred
- minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- take food and drink orders from guests at the bar
- engage with guests and create a fun, social experience
- recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
- maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
- check identification to ensure guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
- replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
- monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and standard operating procedures
- collect and accurately process guest payments per company standard procedures
- attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
- take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests
