The Bar Beverage Attendant position at Sodexo Live is an on-call part-time role based at the Orange County Convention Center. This role pays $18.50 per hour and offers varying shifts, with open availability preferred to meet the dynamic scheduling needs of the venue. As a Bar Beverage Attendant, you will play an essential support role in the bar operations by assisting bartenders and ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar and related stations, preparing fresh garnishes using the FIFO method, restocking supplies, and helping to clean and manage glassware. This role requires significant mobility and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours.

The position demands adherence to health and safety standards, the ability to lift moderately heavy items, and a proactive attitude towards anticipating the replenishment of supplies.
