Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Punctuality and satisfactory attendance
- Willingness to perform assigned duties and flexibility to adapt to changing needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beverage service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as necessary to ensure an adequate supply to serve customers
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks employing the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system
- Restock bar/designated station with supplies and transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, and refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
