Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting
  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and ability to obtain TIPS or local certification
  • Strong guest service skills
  • Ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required with bartending experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages cocktail recipes preparation techniques appropriate glassware and bar equipment including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service TIPS or local state approved certification or ability to obtain is required
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks following recipes and guest preferences
  • Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to individual guest tastes
  • Ensure every drink meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Greet and engage guests with a warm welcoming attitude delivering personalized service
  • Take drink orders from guests and servers answering questions about menu options
  • Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Set up the bar at the start of each shift ensuring all equipment garnishes and supplies are ready for service
