Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service required
- Bartending experience highly preferred
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- TABC certification or ability to obtain required
- Strong guest service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes
- Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards
- Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
- Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor and report inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods
- Foster a positive team environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
