The role of Bar Back/Busser at BoomerJack's Grill and Bar is ideal for energetic, experienced, and polished service industry professionals who thrive in fast-paced, fun environments. This position involves supporting the bar team by prepping and stocking supplies, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization across all service stations, including bars, storage areas, and dining spaces. Job Requirements

Food Handlers permit required
TABC certification required (Bar Back)
Prior experience in fast-paced restaurant or bar environment preferred
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual

Job Duties

Provide an "All Star" polished guest experience through focus on the details
Work as part of a team for efficiency, engagement, hospitality, and great fun
Deliver a personalized culinary experience every time by becoming an expert in what we offer
Support the bar by prepping, stocking, cutting fruit, changing and rotating kegs (Bar Back)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, dry storage, cold storage, prep storage, and all other work stations
Arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
Maintain clean, dry, hazard free floors throughout the restaurant
Maintain clean, guest ready tables throughout the dining and cocktail areas
Listen to the guest and provide "All Star Service" that’s just for them
