Located in Fargo, ND, the Twin Peaks establishment at 1515 42nd St. S. exemplifies these qualities by offering guests a top-tier bar and dining experience. Known for its unique beverage program, this location seeks dedicated team members who embody the company’s values and can contribute to maintaining the high standards Twin Peaks is known for.
The Bar-Back position at Twin Peaks is a critical role focused on supporting the bar operations, ensuring that the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. This position demands professionalism, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail aligned with Twin Peaks’ standards. The bar-back works closely with bartenders, often referred to as the “Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar,” to provide seamless service and uphold the establishment’s commitment to superior guest experiences.
This role involves routine cleaning and maintenance of the bar and all related equipment, monitoring keg lines, taps, and appliances to confirm they are in optimal working condition, and assisting with restocking during opening and closing duties. Bar-backs are expected to adhere to stringent uniform and grooming standards, primarily wearing a clean Twin Peaks black hat, keeping hair neatly contained, maintaining trimmed fingernails, and following other specific appearance guidelines that contribute to the brand’s polished image.
Bar-backs at Twin Peaks must be adept at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency are paramount. Training involves modern methods utilizing tablets or computers, ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about company policies, food safety and alcohol service laws, and operational procedures. This position requires physical stamina as the role involves standing, walking, carrying light loads, and handling bar equipment.
Working at Twin Peaks offers more than just a job; it provides an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences while fostering personal growth and professional development. Successful candidates will be required to complete a thorough training program and comply with local and state regulations regarding food and alcohol service certifications.
