The role available is for a barback who will assist bartenders by performing essential support duties to ensure efficient bar operations. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the bar’s cleanliness and presentation, stocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and dry goods, and providing relief assistance to bartenders when necessary. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a busy, fast-paced entertainment environment where superior guest service is a priority. The bartending team relies heavily on barbacks to keep operations smooth and to contribute positively to the overall guest experience. Job Duties
- ensure all departmental service standards are upheld
- keep the bar stations fully stocked including ice, mixes, garnishes, napkins, straws
- empty trash as necessary throughout the shift and at the end of the shift
- assist bartenders with relief assistance as needed
- maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
