We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Bar Back to join our team on a part-time basis with varied shifts and holiday availability. The Bar Back plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area by preparing necessary food items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting bartenders to exceed guest expectations. Your responsibilities will include trash pickup and disposal, adhering to health and sanitation standards, restocking supplies, and assisting with bar maintenance to create a seamless service atmosphere. This position requires a minimum of a high school education and preferably at least one year of experience in a bar back role. Alcohol awareness certification is an added advantage.
