Founded in Chicago over 40 years ago as a delicatessen, Levy has evolved into a premier hospitality provider known for its commitment to creativity, customized strategies, impeccable service, and genuine passion for great food. Today, Levy operates in high-profile locations such as Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ, where it supports major events including MLB games, concerts, and other special events, making it an exciting place to work for individuals passionate about hospitality and live event experiences.
At Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Levy offers a dynamic work environment that demands flexibility and adaptability due to the variety of event types and schedules. This flexibility is reflected in the work schedule, which varies throughout the year, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other event-driven shifts. The position pays $15.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value Levy places on skilled and dedicated team members. Levy fosters a diverse and inclusive culture that values the unique perspectives of each individual, emphasizing growth, teamwork, and excellent service.
The Premium Clubs Team member is a vital role within Levy’s operation at Chase Field, responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in premium areas of the stadium during sports games, concerts, and other special events. The role involves greeting guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and providing attentive, courteous service throughout the events. The team member supports bar operations by restocking supplies, preparing and maintaining bar areas, and assisting bartenders. They help ensure food safety and beverage service compliance with state and federal regulations and Levy’s internal Responsible Alcohol Service policies.
This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Multi-tasking is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Candidates should be knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation standards, as well as responsible alcohol service. Certifications such as ServSafe Alcohol and Maricopa County Food Handler may be required. Physical stamina is necessary due to long hours of standing, walking, and manual tasks like lifting and moving supplies. This job offers team member-friendly perks such as Instapay for early wage access and high-interest savings through the EVEN app.
