Monday Night Brewing is currently seeking a part-time Bar Back to join their vibrant team at Monday Night Preservation Co. in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the taproom and focuses heavily on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Part of the team behind one of the nation’s most beloved craft breweries, the Bar Back will play a vital role by supporting bartenders, managing inventory, and ensuring the taproom operates efficiently from opening to close. Duties also include cleaning glassware and bar equipment, stocking the bar, prepping garnishes and snacks, and performing general cleaning tasks around the taproom including seating areas, patios, restrooms, and even the parking lot. Additionally, this role requires a solid understanding and adherence to all federal and state alcohol regulations, contributing to a safe and compliant environment.
