This role involves working within a bustling bar environment in one of Boyd Gaming’s venues. The position primarily focuses on maintaining bar stock levels through efficient management of beverage cases, including beer, bottled water, and liquor. It requires preparing written requisitions to ensure appropriate stock levels are consistently maintained. The role also demands managing a variety of bar supplies such as ice, glassware, drink garnishes, and fresh fruit, ensuring they are adequately stocked and rotated. Additional responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining bar areas, restocking beer kegs in coolers, cleaning reach-in coolers, rotating bottled beer to maintain freshness, and managing waste disposal through proper trash bin handling. The position also includes customer service duties such as receiving and fulfilling beverage orders from guests, cocktail servers, and bartenders, along with preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard beverage recipes. Operating cash registers with accuracy completes the set of responsibilities expected from the candidate. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of the bar, delivering excellent service, and contributing to the overall guest experience within Boyd Gaming’s entertainment venues.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior experience in the same or related field preferred
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications

Job Duties
- Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beer, bottled water, liquor, etc. from walk-in coolers to bar
- Prepare written requisitions for stock
- Maintain supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, and keep fresh fruit rotated
- Clean and maintain all areas of bar
- Restock kegs of beer (approximately 50 pounds) in the walk-in coolers
- Clean reach-in coolers and rotate bottled beer
- Empty trash bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin
- Receive and fulfill beverage orders from guests, cocktail servers, and bartenders
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes
- Operate cash registers, and accurately complete transactions according to standardized procedures
