Job Description
Delaware North Sportservice is a well-established hospitality and food service company, renowned for operating concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at some of the most iconic venues in the United States. One of their premier locations is Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, home of the Green Bay Packers. This historic setting offers a dynamic, fast-paced, and engaging environment for hospitality professionals and service staff. Delaware North has been serving guests at Lambeau Field and the adjacent Titletown district since 2012, featuring popular spots like Homefield Pub & Social which includes Topgolf Swing Suites and hosts various special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating. The company prides itself on a strong commitment to its team members' personal and professional well-being, offering pathways for growth and a collaborative workplace culture.
Delaware North is currently seeking seasonal part-time Barbacks to join their team at Lambeau Field. This position is ideal for individuals looking for a fast-paced job in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to advance their hospitality careers. As a Barback, you will be an essential team player, responsible for supporting bartenders by tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages across the facility, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role demands strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude to ensure guests enjoy exceptional service. This is a tipped position, with a base hourly wage of $15.00, not including potential tipped earnings, providing a significant opportunity for supplemental income depending on performance and guest interactions.
In addition to competitive hourly pay, Delaware North offers a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support their team members' needs. This package includes weekly pay, training and development opportunities to build professional skills, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules to accommodate different lifestyles and responsibilities. Eligible employees may also gain access to health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement options. These benefits showcase Delaware North’s investment in its people, fostering a workplace atmosphere where employees feel valued and supported.
Working hours for the Barback position include evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and events — perfect for those seeking a schedule with variety and the chance to work in a vibrant setting. The physical demands of the role include the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 70 pounds), maneuver stock carts, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and reach frequently during shifts. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and can enter this role with no previous experience or diploma, making it a fantastic entry point into the hospitality and service industry.
Delaware North’s rich legacy, spanning over 100 years as a family-owned global company, means that employees become part of a supportive and diverse team united by their dedication to creating memorable experiences for guests. With opportunities spanning various sectors including sports venues, national parks, casinos, and retail, Delaware North fosters career growth while celebrating diversity and equal opportunity employment practices. The company welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, free from discrimination or bias, ensuring an inclusive workplace culture where every individual can thrive. Join Delaware North and be part of a legacy that is shaping the future of hospitality in some of the most exciting and beloved locations around the world.
