This current opportunity is for a full-time Bar Back position located at Delta ATL - 2600 Maynard H Jackson Jr Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30354. The position involves working primarily the PM shift and weekends, although days and hours may vary and will be discussed during the interview process. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $15.44 per hour with weekly pay and free parking perks, reflecting Eurest’s commitment to providing competitive compensation and convenient work conditions.

As a Bar Back at Eurest, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of bar services, supporting bartenders by replenishing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with customer service requirements. This position requires experience in barback duties as well as customer service, emphasizing the importance of a reliable, team-oriented individual who can handle the fast-paced environment of a busy bar area.

Your main duties will include receiving all liquor, beer, and wine deliveries from the storeroom, restocking the bar throughout the shift, and ensuring that all beverages and related supplies are ready and available. Additionally, you will be responsible for retrieving food items from the kitchen, setting up the bar area including placement of top shelf liquors, checking beer taps, and maintaining stock levels of bar snacks and napkins. Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge area is another critical aspect of this role. This includes bussing tables, washing work surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of rubbish.

Job Duties

  • Receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily
  • Replenish liquor, beer and wine throughout the shift

  • Set up bottles with top shelf liquor on back shelf
  • Ensure beer taps are working properly
  • Place and restock bar snacks and napkins
  • Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas
