The position available is an integral role within Levy's bar service operations. The incumbent will be responsible for receiving all liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and replenishing these throughout the shift as needed. This role ensures that the bar is well-stocked and operational by setting up bottles, checking beer taps, replenishing snacks and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Additional duties involve retrieving items from the kitchen and storerooms, assisting bartenders with beverage preparation, and helping in opening and closing bar side work. The role requires a hands-on approach to cleanliness, including bussing tables, washing work areas, and sweeping or mopping floors. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic English proficiency

Job Duties
- Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily
- Replenish liquor, beer and wine at bar throughout shift
- Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to bar
- Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar
- Set up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- Ensure beer taps are working properly
- Place bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked throughout shift
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
- Bus tables in bar area
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas
- Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- Sweep and mop service areas including floor mats
- Remove rubbish from all receptacles
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
