Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of beverage types and bar equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily
- Replenish liquor, beer and wine at bar throughout shift
- Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to bar
- Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar
- Set up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- Ensure beer taps are working properly
- Place bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked throughout shift
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
- Bus tables in bar area
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas
- Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- Sweep and mop service areas including floor mats
- Remove rubbish from all receptacles
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
