Job Description

Bally's Corporation is a leading global casino-entertainment company with an expanding omni-channel presence. The company manages a portfolio of 15 casinos across 10 states, along with diverse assets including a golf course in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado. Bally's has extended its market reach through access to Online Sports Betting (OSB) licenses in 18 states, further strengthening its footprint in the gaming industry. The acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, has expanded Bally's international presence and diversified its entertainment offerings to a global audience. In addition to land-based casinos, Bally's owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a prominent interactive gaming operator with a worldwide reach. Bally's also runs Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, an iCasino platform that is rapidly growing in popularity.

This role is centered on supporting the bar operations at Hard Rock Biloxi, a part of Bally’s dynamic casino and entertainment ecosystem. The position involves assisting bartenders in maintaining bar and cocktail stations and ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. Employees must exhibit a positive and energetic attitude aligned with the Hard Rock brand values and mission to create authentic experiences that resonate with guests. This role also includes responsibilities such as restocking glassware, filling ice wells, and adhering to all department and property policies and procedures. Employees are expected to uphold a professional image, foster excellent interpersonal relations, and assist in monitoring compliance with legal alcohol service regulations. The working environment is physically demanding, involving extended periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and other activities in varying conditions. Candidates should be ready to work a flexible schedule while completing mandatory compliance training to ensure safety, responsible gaming, and regulatory adherence.
