This role focuses on supporting the smooth and efficient operation across the bars and casino floor drink stations. The position is essential in assisting bartenders and beverage servers by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. The successful candidate plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service to guests by performing necessary tasks in the background, such as handling inventory with proper FIFO rotation, monitoring responsible alcohol service requirements, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Beyond operational duties, this role requires active communication with supervisors to report problems and inventory needs, participation in daily team meetings, and adherence to documented policies concerning cleanliness and safety.

In addition to the routine maintenance and stock management, this position also involves guest interaction and supporting the serving team during busy periods. This includes acting as coverage during breaks for bartenders and servers, serving food items as required, and providing courteous service to all visitors.
