The role focuses on supporting the bar operations by managing inventory and ensuring that all bar supplies are adequately stocked. Key responsibilities include receiving and replenishing all liquor, beer, and wine supplies from storerooms, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, and assisting bartenders with beverage preparation. The position demands attention to detail in setting up and organizing the bar, ensuring the proper functioning of beer taps, and providing excellent customer service through timely delivery of supplies and maintaining a welcoming environment. Associates are also responsible for side work related to opening and closing duties, bussing tables, and cleaning various surfaces within the bar area.
