We are currently seeking a motivated and attentive barback to join our team on a part-time basis, averaging two to three shifts per week. This position is ideal for college students or recent graduates who have a keen interest in cocktail culture and aspire to develop their skills toward becoming a professional bartender. The role primarily involves supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar area remains clean, stocked, and fully operational. Weekend availability is essential to meet the schedule demands of the business.

The barback will play a critical role in facilitating smooth bar operations by efficiently managing tasks such as collecting glassware, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness behind the bar. With a competitive starting wage of $15 per hour plus tips, barbacks at Market Bar Ovation typically earn between $20 to $25 per hour depending on the shift.
