This is a physically demanding role that requires constant standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms are typically required.

Job Duties

  • Assists with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
  • ensuring that bartenders have clean towels and glassware
  • delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
  • cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
  • ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
  • checks taps and appliances to ensure they are working properly and changes out kegs
  • keeps the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
  • maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor
  • adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
  • ensures security of company assets
