The Bar Back position at Topgolf is a vital role that supports the bartending team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all Players. As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This position requires a positive attitude, a strong team mentality, and the ability to stay composed during busy periods. While prior experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, it is not mandatory, as Topgolf welcomes those eager to learn and grow within the company. Physical endurance is essential, as the job involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and staying active throughout the shift. Responsible beverage service certification may be required depending on location.
