Barbacks also assist with opening and closing responsibilities, party setups, bar inventories, and participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand.

The role demands physical stamina and flexibility, including standing for long periods, working in varying temperature environments like freezers and near cooking equipment, lifting heavy items up to 30 pounds, and handling noisy, distracting conditions.
