The role available is for a Bar Attendant, an essential position within the Topgolf venue. This position plays a key role in maintaining the bar area, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their time at the facility. The Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring the bar is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and all necessary supplies, which involves regular restocking and organization to meet the demands of a busy environment. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment, glassware, and utensils is critical to upholding safety standards and providing a pleasant ambiance for patrons. Collecting empty glasses and bottles and efficiently returning them to cleaning areas ensures the bar operates smoothly.
Individuals in this role must be capable of working efficiently during peak hours by replenishing ice and other essential supplies. Providing excellent customer service is a core responsibility, requiring attentiveness and prompt responses to guest requests to enhance their overall experience.
