Job Description
Twin Peaks is a well-known casual dining restaurant and sports lodge chain renowned for its unique mountain-lodge atmosphere, friendly service, and exceptional beverage program. As a popular dining and entertainment destination, Twin Peaks places high emphasis on team culture, strong work ethics, and exceptional customer experience. The establishment's commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety ensures that guests enjoy a consistently great experience in a welcoming environment. Joining Twin Peaks means becoming part of a dynamic team that is driven by pride, discipline, and extreme standards to uphold the brand's unique identity and service quality.
The role of the Bar Back at Twin Peaks is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar area, which is a central feature of the dining experience. This position primarily involves maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and supporting the bar team effectively behind the scenes. Every Bar Back embraces the responsibilities with pride and discipline, working closely alongside the bartenders—referred to as Twin Peaks Girls—to provide a seamless beverage service that meets the brand’s rigorous standards. The job requires strict adherence to uniform codes and grooming standards, reflecting the establishment's professional image.
Bar Backs at Twin Peaks are responsible for upholding cleanliness and organization at all times, including the bar stations and equipment. They ensure that the bar adheres strictly to health and safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements. This role also demands the ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility. Bar Backs contribute to the bar’s overall operation by handling inventory tasks such as restocking supplies, checking equipment like taps and kegs, and performing opening and closing duties. Training at Twin Peaks is comprehensive, utilizing modern technology including tablets and computers to ensure team members are fully prepared and compliant with all company policies and local regulations, including food and alcohol service certifications.
Physically, the role requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift moderate weights, and sustained periods of standing and moving. Working conditions can include exposure to kitchen fumes, wet environments, and chemical cleaning agents, as well as occasional exposure to smoking areas in some locations. Twin Peaks is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable all employees, including those with disabilities, to perform their essential functions successfully.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior bar support experience who are looking to work in a vibrant, team-oriented environment where high standards and operational excellence are valued. Twin Peaks offers a structured and supportive work setting where employees can grow their skills and advance within the hospitality industry. The employment type is typically hourly with competitive pay reflective of the responsibilities and experience required. By joining Twin Peaks as a Bar Back, individuals become part of a brand that values respect, teamwork, and exceptional guest experiences, making it a rewarding career choice in the hospitality sector.
