Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with guests and coworkers
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks like stocking and moving kegs
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Creating authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention to detail and service
  • Delivering high quality food and beverage that is geared toward the guest preferences
  • Supporting the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs, products and service ware
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations
  • Working side by side with fellow team members to provide a high level of hospitality
