The Bar Assistant role at Atlas Restaurant Group is a pivotal position that supports the bartender and contributes to the smooth operation of the bar area. For example, hourly wages range from a base of $3.63 to $7.00 plus tips in Maryland to $13.25 to $14.00 in Delaware, reflecting local labor laws and market conditions. The role often requires working evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, supporting the round-the-clock demands of hospitality.
