This position is for a Barback at Topgolf, primarily responsible for supporting the bar operations by ensuring the area is well-stocked, clean, and efficient. The role demands collaboration with bartenders and other service staff to maintain an organized workspace and facilitate exceptional service for guests. The Barback will handle restocking liquors, mixers, garnishes, glassware, utensils, and ice, especially during peak hours to meet the high demand. Job Duties

Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning
Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
