The role of a Bar Back at Topgolf is integral to the smooth operation of the bar area and to creating an exceptional experience for Players. Bar Backs support bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This role requires a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with bartenders and other Playmakers, helping to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils, collecting empty glasses and bottles, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe, fun environment for all guests and employees. Physical stamina and the ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume setting are essential, as the work involves lifting items up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and engaging in a variety of active tasks. While prior hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, it is not required, emphasizing Topgolf's commitment to cultivating new talent and ensuring every Playmaker has the support needed to succeed.
