The role of a Barback at Topgolf is essential in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of the bar area. This position involves ensuring that the bar is consistently well-stocked with necessary supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. The Barback supports bartenders by cleaning and maintaining all bar equipment, glassware, and utensils, as well as collecting empty glasses and bottles for cleaning. During busy periods, the Barback must restock ice and other items to keep the bar running efficiently. Job Duties
- Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning
- Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
