Currently, Topgolf is seeking motivated, fun-loving individuals to join their team as Bar Backs in a part-time capacity. This role is integral to supporting bartenders and ensuring a seamless and energetic experience for all Players. The Bar Back position involves maintaining well-stocked bars with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, as well as keeping the bar area clean and organized by performing tasks such as cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils. Bar Backs are key team players who collaborate closely with bartenders and other staff to keep service flowing smoothly and contribute to an atmosphere of excitement and enjoyment. The role demands physical stamina and a positive attitude as employees will be on their feet most of the day, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and performing various active tasks in a busy entertainment environment.
