The Bar Assistant position at Atlas Restaurant Group is an essential role that supports the smooth operation of the bar area. The Bar Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the bar environment to ensure bartenders have everything needed to excel in their service. This includes restocking essentials like garnishes, glassware, napkins, and straws, maintaining cleanliness throughout the bar, and performing opening and closing duties. The role also requires a foundational knowledge of menu items and cocktail recipes, allowing the Bar Assistant to provide attentive service and assist the bartender as needed.
