The Barback position at Topgolf Burlingame is an integral role within the Venue Operations team that contributes greatly to the overall guest experience. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoy maintaining organized, clean, and well-stocked bar areas. Barbacks work behind the scenes to support bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and all necessary supplies. They also maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning glassware, bar equipment, and utensils. Additionally, barbacks are responsible for collecting empty glasses and bottles, restocking ice during busy periods, and assisting in upholding sanitation and safety standards. The position requires excellent teamwork and communication skills to respond promptly to guest needs and assist the bar team efficiently.

Job Duties
- Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
- collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning
- restock ice and other supplies during busy periods
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
