In the role of Bar Back at the Topgolf venue in Albuquerque, you will be a vital team player supporting bartenders to maximize player satisfaction and bar efficiency. This position requires consistently stocking the bar with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice while keeping the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation protocols. By efficiently managing glassware, utensils, and empty bottles, you help maintain smooth drink service. The role demands physical stamina, as it involves lifting items up to 50 pounds, standing for most of the shift, and performing a variety of active tasks in a bustling entertainment environment.

This full- or part-time position is designed for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working collaboratively and creating fun experiences for guests.
