Job Requirements

must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
must retain any required certifications in responsible beverage service
ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
willingness to stand and walk for most of the shift
ability to perform active physical tasks
strong commitment to teamwork and player satisfaction

Job Qualifications

positive attitude
ability to work well in a team
focus on delivering excellent player experience
ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, popular environment
previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
good physical stamina and endurance

Job Duties

support bartenders by ensuring they have all necessary supplies to keep drinks flowing
keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
collect empty glasses and bottles promptly to ensure seamless service
collaborate with bartenders and other playmakers to deliver outstanding player experiences
adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
live by Topgolf’s core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
