Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience as a Bar Back in a fine dining or high volume environment
- ability to multitask efficiently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

- 1-2 years of Barback experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment

Job Duties
- provide exceptional service to guests
- follow proper steps of service
- work alongside the Bartender team
- use skill and knowledge to enhance dining experience
- maintain bar cleanliness and stock
- assist in timely beverage preparation
- support smooth bar operations
