Job Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience by dedicating oneself to delivering GREAT guest service
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas
- Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary and guest-ready
- Assist with keg changes and deliveries
- Support bartenders during peak hours with prep and service needs
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management
- Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hospitality-driven environment
