Job Description

Twin Peaks is a premier restaurant and sports lodge brand known for its unique atmosphere that blends top-notch hospitality, an exceptional beverage program, and a welcoming environment for guests. Established with a mission to offer an unforgettable dining and entertainment experience, Twin Peaks has grown into a popular destination for people seeking great food, refreshing drinks, and vibrant social settings. Located at 8889 Gateway Blvd. West #900, El Paso, TX, Twin Peaks is positioned within a bustling community and offers employment opportunities that emphasize integrity, teamwork, and excellence. The establishment prides itself on maintaining extremely high standards not only in customer service but also in employee conduct and presentation, creating a disciplined yet enjoyable working atmosphere.

The Bar Back position at Twin Peaks is an essential role within the team dedicated to supporting the bar operations by ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency are maintained at all times. This role requires individuals who take pride in their work and possess a strong sense of discipline, as well as the ability to maintain the high standards set forth by the brand. Bar Backs work closely with the bartenders—often referred to as the Twin Peaks Girls—helping to create an environment where customers receive timely and quality service. The position calls for someone who can work efficiently in fast-paced settings while paying attention to detail, from restocking bar supplies to changing kegs and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

A typical day in this role includes a variety of physical tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing the bar area, maintaining organized stations, and supporting the opening and closing duties. Training is provided through digital tools including tablets or computers, and new team members are expected to complete all required training programs before working independently. Working as a Twin Peaks Bar Back involves adherence to specific uniform standards that emphasize cleanliness and professionalism, from wearing a clean black hat and untarnished kitchen shirt to keeping fingernails trimmed and avoiding jewelry and headphones while on shift.

The role demands physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, along with close visual focus necessary to maintain the quality and safety standards of the bar. Employees must also be prepared to work in environments that may expose them to airborne kitchen particles, wet or humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals. Twin Peaks fosters a workplace environment committed to safety, respect, and compliance with all relevant health and service certifications. Overall, this opportunity is well-suited for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented hospitality setting and wish to grow their careers in the food and beverage industry.
