Job Requirements

  • Provide highest level of customer service including greeting and engaging guests and building rapport
  • Learn names and orders of regulars and provide recommendations
  • Assist bartenders in preparing craft cocktails and serving a wide selection of bourbon
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar including washing glassware and restocking supplies
  • Ensure the bar is stocked, organized and running smoothly in a high-volume environment
  • Prepare fruit and other garnishes before opening
  • Attractively display glasses and liquor bottles
  • Serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with state regulations
  • Use proper judgment and refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons
  • Follow health and sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Ability to open and close the store and monitor guests and safety practices
  • Work late nights and weekends ensuring bar readiness
  • Prolonged standing and drink preparation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds safely
  • Must be legal drinking age
  • Completion of mixology or related training preferred
  • Advanced bartending skills
  • Minimum one year related experience
