Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to obtain valid alcohol servers permit
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work part-time during seasonal event periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed
- replenishes liquor, beer and wine at the bar throughout the shift
- retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area
- retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area
- retrieves kegs and delivers to bar area and connects to beer draft line
- sets up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- ensures beer taps are working properly
- places and stocks bar snacks and napkins throughout shift
- assists in opening and closing side work as assigned
- buses tables in bar area
- maintains cleanliness and tidiness of bar and lounge areas
- washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- sweeps and mops service areas including floor mats
- removes rubbish from all receptacles
- prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender
- performs other duties as assigned
