Job Requirements
- Ability to lift moderate weights and work on your feet for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a luxury environment preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware in a discreet and efficient manner
- Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and respond urgently and professionally to guest concerns or requests
- Pick up food items from the kitchen, verify accuracy and presentation, and deliver to guests
- Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, paper goods, and other supplies
- Replenish bar requisitions including beer, liquor, soda, juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders
- Break down, clean, and re-set side stations and back-of-house areas
- Follow Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
