The role being offered is for a Bar Back position at the Hillsboro venue. This is an hourly role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, social settings and want to be part of a team that values fun, collaboration, and excellent service. The Bar Back supports bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized to maintain smooth drink service throughout shifts. This position is integral in helping create a memorable experience for Topgolf guests, also called Players, by anticipating the needs of bartenders and ensuring the service areas are well-maintained. The Bar Back role requires physical stamina, as it involves lifting items up to 50 pounds, standing for most of the shift, and performing varied active tasks.
