Job Requirements

Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
Must hold necessary certifications for responsible beverage service where required by law
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform active and physical tasks throughout shifts
Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Commitment to safety, sanitation, and Topgolf's core values

Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong focus on customer service and Player experience
Ability to handle a fast-paced and popular environment
Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Legal age and certifications for responsible beverage service as required

Job Duties

Support bartenders by ensuring they have all necessary supplies to maintain service flow
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
Collect empty glasses and bottles to support efficient drink service
Collaborate with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional Player experiences
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and clean environment
Embody Topgolf's core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring daily
