Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bar support or hospitality recommended
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
basic knowledge of bar operations

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced setting
good communication skills
ability to follow instructions accurately
strong teamwork skills
physical stamina for standing and lifting
attention to detail

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar
prepare mixes and garnishes
stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, VIP bottle service kits and other necessary items needed for efficient operation
pull liquor from storage rooms
keep the floor clear of debris, spilled drinks and glassware
