Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bar support or hospitality recommended
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- basic knowledge of bar operations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- strong teamwork skills
- physical stamina for standing and lifting
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar
- prepare mixes and garnishes
- stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, VIP bottle service kits and other necessary items needed for efficient operation
- pull liquor from storage rooms
- keep the floor clear of debris, spilled drinks and glassware
