Job Requirements

Job Duties
- support operations by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- monitor inventory levels during service, change kegs, and restock coolers and shelves proactively
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment behind the bar
- buss glassware, wipe down counters, and remove trash and recycling throughout the shift
- prepare garnishes such as cutting fruit and ensure all juices and mixers are fresh and ready for service
- assist with opening and closing duties
- support the service team on the floor when necessary to ensure member satisfaction
