Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age for beverage service in the jurisdiction of employment
- Maintain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and be active for the majority of the shift
- Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications for responsible beverage service where required
- Positive attitude and capacity to stay calm during busy periods
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs efficiently
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean and compliant
