Job Requirements

must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
maintain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
capable of standing and walking for extended periods
able to perform active and physical tasks
demonstrate endurance for long shifts in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

ability to work well in a team
focus on delivering excellent player experiences
ability to remain calm in a high-volume environment
previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required

Job Duties

support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep drinks flowing and energy high
keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
collect empty glasses and bottles to facilitate smooth drink service
work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure efficient service
adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment
embody Topgolf’s core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
