The role of Bar Back at Topgolf Augusta is an exciting hourly position ideal for individuals who thrive in lively, social environments and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. This role supports bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Bar Backs maintain cleanliness and organization, including cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils to ensure seamless and continuous drink service. Additionally, they collect empty glasses and bottles to maintain an efficient workflow. The position demands a proactive approach, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to enhancing the Players' experience through excellent service. Being physically active and able to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary, as the job involves constant movement and working on your feet for extended periods.
