Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage service

Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service, and providing go-to support for all bartenders' needs
- Adhere to LodgeWorks attendance policy
- Adhere to OSHA and LodgeWorks policies to ensure a safe work environment
- Support the beverage operation through timely bussing and resetting of the bar
- Run food and beverage items while engaging politely and productively with guests and teammates
- Communicate, coordinate and work well with other team members
- Support bartenders with pre-shift preparation, post-shift closing, and in real time during the shift
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Stock the bar as necessary according to current business levels
- Explain basic details of food dishes and beverages at time of delivery
- Prepare basic non-alcoholic beverages such as water, coffee, and tea
- Be an expert in the organization of the bar and the overall building
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Assist in any other tasks as requested by management
