Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bartending or related role preferred
  • Eligible to obtain required alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including moving objects up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
  • Understanding of bartending fundamentals and cocktail formulas
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and mixology movements
  • Certification eligible for Aramark and local/state alcohol service
  • Exceptional hospitality skills, friendliness, and knowledge of beverages
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills focusing on precision and detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions including cash or credit card payments
  • Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Serve beverages directly from the service well to servers as needed
  • Verify age of customers to ensure legal alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving protocols
  • Handle cash transactions following established guidelines
  • Set up and dismantle workstations with thorough cleaning and sanitization
  • Conduct stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
  • Maintain a friendly attitude with guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Protect company resources and ensure safety protocols are followed
