Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience working as a bartender is preferred
- ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of handling, moving, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- eligible to acquire required Aramark and local/state alcohol service certifications
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a bartender is preferred
- understanding of bartending fundamentals, cocktail formulas, and contemporary movements in the industry
- eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local/state-mandated alcohol service certifications
- demonstrates exceptional hospitality by showing remarkable friendliness and extensive knowledge of beverages
- exhibits proficiency in organizational abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on precision and meticulousness
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions, whether through cash or credit card payments
- prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to attendees
- serve beverages to servers directly from the service well, if necessary
- follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior, which includes verifying the age of customers to ensure they are legally allowed to consume alcohol
- adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
- establish and dismantle workstations, incorporating thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures
- perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels for products
- deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests to guarantee their satisfaction
- keep a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
- protect the safety of company resources
