Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or related customer service roles is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to obtain required alcohol service certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to responsible alcohol service and customer safety
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a bartender is preferred
- Understanding of bartending fundamentals, cocktail formulas, and contemporary movements in the industry
- Certification: Eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local/state-mandated alcohol service certifications
- Demonstrates exceptional hospitality by showing remarkable friendliness and extensive knowledge of beverages
- Exhibits proficiency in organizational abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on precision and meticulousness
- Availability to work a varied schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays, is advantageous
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions, whether through cash or credit card payments
- Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to attendees
- Serve beverages to servers directly from the service well, if necessary
- Follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior, which includes verifying the age of customers to ensure they are legally allowed to consume alcohol
- Adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
- Establish and dismantle workstations, incorporating thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures
- Perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels for products
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests to guarantee their satisfaction
- Keep a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
- Protect the safety of company resources
