Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bartending or related customer service roles is preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 lbs
  • Must be able to obtain required alcohol service certifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to responsible alcohol service and customer safety

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender is preferred
  • Understanding of bartending fundamentals, cocktail formulas, and contemporary movements in the industry
  • Certification: Eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local/state-mandated alcohol service certifications
  • Demonstrates exceptional hospitality by showing remarkable friendliness and extensive knowledge of beverages
  • Exhibits proficiency in organizational abilities, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on precision and meticulousness
  • Availability to work a varied schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays, is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions, whether through cash or credit card payments
  • Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to attendees
  • Serve beverages to servers directly from the service well, if necessary
  • Follow all established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior, which includes verifying the age of customers to ensure they are legally allowed to consume alcohol
  • Adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
  • Establish and dismantle workstations, incorporating thorough cleaning and sanitization procedures
  • Perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels for products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of guests to guarantee their satisfaction
  • Keep a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Protect the safety of company resources
